About Us Teaching Reiki classes in-person in Post Falls Idaho and online. Reiki healing sessions are available in-person or Distant session online. Receiving regular Reiki healing sessions will keep your energy systems grounded and balanced for overall good mental and physical health. Reiki is techniques for deep relaxation. When the body and mind are fully relaxed the body can heal itself more effectively. Learning to work with Reiki is a highly spiritual practice and over time developes a more intimate relationship with our Creator. Reiki is easy to learn and when applied to your daily life will assist you in every area of your life. More
